33508_821293334669_7117032_nMy name is Seth Andrew Campbell.  S.A. for short.  I know what you’re thinking and the answer is no.  It is not an attempt to be retro and hip yet imply theological prowess like C.S. Lewis, D.A. Carson, J.I. Packer, R.C. Sproul, J.C. Ryle, F.F. Bruce, A.W. Tozer, N.T. Wright…well maybe it is.  I am an educator that lives in the great city of Morgantown in the beautiful state of West Virginia.  I married Amerey Beth on 11/11/11 and every day since has been an adventure.  We welcomed Cecilia Jane into our lives on 11/1/13 and I couldn’t be a prouder father.  Maybe in order for you to get to know me better, I should make a list.

I am…

…a Christian: I exclusively worship Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah, as God and believe He died in my place for my sins.

…a Protestant: I profess the five “solas” of the Reformation

…Reformed: I affirm the Doctrines of Grace

…Evangelical: I regard the Bible as true and believe it’s message should to be spread so hearts can be changed by the power of the Holy Spirit

…a Constitutional Libertarian: I believe in increasing the freedoms of people by limiting the powers of the Government

…human: While I am quick to claim that I know an answer and defend my position tooth and nail, I am fallible, flawed, sinful, and broken.  I am glad that Jesus died for people like me.

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog!

Soli Deo Gloria!
